We couldn't find a filter that backed claims like these with anything you could check. So we set one rule: every claim on this site points to a certification or an independent lab result, and we publish the partial results right next to the perfect ones.
Our filters are made in Incheon, Korea by UBS Inc., a filtration specialist whose design is certified to NSF/ANSI 177 and 372. We're US-owned, and we stand behind every system with a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.

That takes a whole-home softener. Ours traps sediment and rust.
