Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start one, go to aquayouth.com/pages/returns, or email support@aquayouth.com.
Change-of-mind returns
If the product works but you no longer want it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. These deductions apply:
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is deducted from your refund. If we provide a return label, its cost is deducted. You can also ship the item back yourself at your own cost.
Items must be complete and in good condition, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@aquayouth.com. There's no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping. After 30 days, defects are covered by our 12-month warranty.
How returns work
Request your return before you ship anything. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a return label or shipping instructions. Returns go to:

Refunds
We'll email you when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds, minus any deductions above, go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@aquayouth.com.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. For anything else, return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Amazon orders
Items bought on Amazon are returned through your Amazon account and follow Amazon's return policy.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This doesn't limit any rights you have under local law.
