Returns
You can start a return within 30 days of delivery. Please read the costs below before you start.
What a return costs
For returns where the product works but isn't for you (changed your mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake):
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is deducted from your refund. If we provide the return label, its cost comes out of your refund. You can also ship it back yourself at your own cost.
- Items must be complete, in good condition and in the original packaging.
No fees if it's our fault. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, there's no restocking fee and we cover return shipping. Defects after 30 days are covered by our 12-month warranty. Email support@aquayouth.com and we'll make it right.
Leaking or not fitting? Try this first
Most install problems are fixed in a few minutes. The usual cause is missing plumber's tape: wrap the shower arm threads 3 to 4 times, clockwise, then hand-tighten (no wrench).

Start a return
- Sign in to your account with the email you used to order.
- Open your order and choose Request return. The button only appears while the order is within 30 days of delivery.
- Pick the item and the reason. Once approved, you'll get the return label or shipping instructions by email.
No account? Open the order confirmation email we sent you and use the View your order link. You'll find the Request return option there too.
Please don't ship anything back before your return is approved. Your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
