2.0 Carbon Replacement Filter

There is no way to talk to customer service. I have emailed a few, as instructed, but no one answers and there us no customer service number. I like the filter and would have given it a higher rating, if not for the poor communication. My first filter flushed out the black stuff when initially installed, but subsequent filters did not. I asked why, but there was no response.

Noticeably better shower experience after every filter change.

Been using aqua youth for about a year and it does make a difference!

A hot shower is my favorite simple pleasures of life. I moved to an apartment with a great commute to work, perfect safe small town near a big city. I was shocked when I turned the hot water on and it was the most offensive water.
This is the filter you need if you have the same problem, it filters out harsh metals which often cause offensive odors once heated. It goes from 90-100% reduction depending on weeks used. But recently was able to use one for 6 weeks

I’ve had this item on auto ship. It’s easy to replace and I’ve never had issues.
