Refillable Vitamin C Filter Replacement

The refillable vitamin C cartridge for the AquaYouth Vitamin C Shower Head.

• 100% pure vitamin C: no xanthan gum and no fillers, so it works at full strength every shower.
• Refillable on purpose: pure vitamin C gets used up faster than gum-blended cartridges, so instead of buying a new cartridge, you fill this one back up at home. Cheaper to own over time, and less plastic in the trash.
• For chlorine and chloramine: carbon filters handle chlorine well but struggle with chloramine in a shower. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) neutralizes both, which matters as more US cities switch to chloramine.
• Refill every 1 to 2 months, depending on how much you shower.
• Use any 100% pure ascorbic acid powder, any brand. Check that the label lists one ingredient: ascorbic acid. Skip blends with sugar, flavors or fillers.

About our skin-moisture study: the Korea Testing & Research Institute result (56% face / 20% arm after 2 weeks, report TEK-2021-000014) applies to the factory-installed cartridge that ships with the Vitamin C Shower Head. Cartridges refilled with plain ascorbic acid powder weren't part of that study.
